Sophrology is based on positive concentration, gentle movements, breathing, with the aim of letting go your stress and worries.
With Sophrology you will be taught specific tools for you to use wherever and whenever you need to!
No special physical or mental abilities are required to practice Sophrology. There is no need for special equipment.
This workshop is an active class: sitting or standing. It is a safe and gentle practice (you will not strain your body).
This Sophrology session will be recorded and will be sent to you by email if you wish, so that you can practice at home.
